Vineyards is a gated golf-course community in northwest Collier County, bordered by Interstate 75 on the west with access at Exit 107, about ten miles northeast of downtown Naples. Lakes, irrigated fairways and 1990s construction shape the water problems here: a supply line behind a wet bar, an air handler above a ceiling, or lake water that rises after a heavy summer storm.
