How we work in Naples, and what we do not claim
Water Damage Restoration Naples Florida is a water damage, mold and storm repair business working from 735 8th St S in the city of Naples, Florida. The address sits on 8th Street South, a short walk from the Gordon River and the southern edge of downtown, within reach of Naples Bay, the Gulf beaches and the inland communities of Collier County.
The work is deliberately narrow. Water damage restoration covers the extraction of standing water and the restoration of a home after storm water has entered it. Mold remediation covers containment, removal of affected material and correction of the moisture that allowed growth. Storm damage repair covers the envelope after wind-driven rain, and water leak detection is the part of that work that finds where the water is actually coming from. Keeping the three services separate is what stops a job from becoming an open-ended promise.
A job begins with a reading, not a sales visit. We mark moisture points by room and location, photograph the meter, and ask what the water touched and when. The written scope that follows names what is being removed, what is being dried and what belongs to another trade. A failed supply line needs a plumber. An opened roof needs a roofer. A wall that has to be rebuilt needs a general contractor. Saying so on the first visit is cheaper for everyone than discovering it after the equipment is already running.
Naples asks something different of a building than most of Florida does. The city has 1950s cottages a few blocks from the bay, block-and-stucco houses on slab, low-rise condos with shared plumbing risers, high-rise towers on the beach, and estate homes behind seawalls. Inland, the communities we cover range from the 1960s plat of Golden Gate to the golf-course villages of Lely and Vineyards and the gated preserves of Pelican Marsh. A canal-side house in Golden Gate, a tower unit in Pelican Bay and a cottage in Naples Park do not hold water the same way, and one method does not fit all three.
Collier County also has a storm history that shapes the work. Hurricane Ian made landfall in Southwest Florida on 28 September 2022, and the cities of Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Naples were particularly hard hit; much of the damage came from a storm surge reported at 10 to 15 feet. Naples Bay, the Gordon River and the canal network carried salt water into streets and ground floors. Rebuilt houses now sit on repaired slabs and new finishes, which can hide a moisture problem that was never fully read.
We do not publish licence numbers, certifications, insurance certificates, a founding year, staff biographies, project counts, ratings or customer reviews, because none of those are facts this business has supplied. We do not publish price ranges either, because a range without a scope is a guess. What we can show is the record of the work: readings before and after, photographs, a moisture map and a scope that says where our part ends. If you need a document for a property manager or an insurer, ask and we will tell you what exists rather than what sounds convincing.
The service area is the city of Naples and eight communities within about ten miles: East Naples, Lely, Pine Ridge, Pelican Bay, Golden Gate, Vineyards, Pelican Marsh and Naples Park. All eight are in Collier County. Every area page explains the housing and the water pattern we see there, because the neighbourhood usually explains the leak.
